Do I need an MT4/MT5 license?
No. Tradaxi includes a built-in trading simulation engine with TradingView charts. You launch and run your prop firm without any MT license. If you later want to add a live broker, we can integrate it on Enterprise plans.
How fast can I actually launch?
Sign up, set your branding, configure one challenge type, connect your NowPayments account: most operators are accepting their first traders within 7 days. The technical platform is ready immediately — your time-to-launch is dominated by your own marketing and legal.
How do payments work?
Each prop firm connects their own NowPayments account in /admin/settings/payments. Traders pay you directly in USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, or 100+ other cryptos. Tradaxi never touches your funds — you receive directly into your own wallet. Your Tradaxi subscription is billed separately via Paddle (cards, bank transfer).
Do you take a cut of my revenue?
No. We charge a flat monthly platform fee. Zero revenue share, ever. 100% of trader payments go directly to your own payment account.
Is my data isolated from other firms?
Yes. Every row in the database is tenant-scoped. Cross-tenant data access is impossible by design. Each firm has its own subdomain (e.g. acme.app.tradaxi.com) and admins only ever see their own data.
Can I migrate from Match-Trader or another platform?
Yes on Pro and Enterprise. We provide CSV import for traders, challenges, and payment history. Migration assistance is included on Enterprise plans.
Is there a free trial?

What about KYC and AML?
