Sign up with email and password, no card required. You get full access to Starter features for 14 days. On day 15, add a card via Paddle to keep your firm running. No card = no charge, account moves to read-only.
Initial platform configuration, branding setup, domain configuration, challenge template creation, and a dedicated onboarding session. Charged once when you confirm your first paid month.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties either way.
For your Tradaxi subscription: all major cards via Paddle (our Merchant of Record), bank transfer on Enterprise. For your own traders: you connect your own NowPayments account — USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, and 100+ tokens.
