Sign up with email and password, no card required. You get full access to Starter features for 14 days. On day 15, add a card via Paddle to keep your firm running. No card = no charge, account moves to read-only.
Because there's nothing for us to set up. Signup is 60 seconds, fully self-serve, and you can be selling challenges the same day. Pro and Enterprise include a hands-on onboarding session, which is what the setup fee on those plans covers.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties either way.
For your Tradaxi subscription: all major cards via Paddle (our Merchant of Record), bank transfer on Enterprise. For your own traders: you connect your own NowPayments account — USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, and 100+ tokens.
