Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Tradaxi platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the Service.
2. Description of service
Tradaxi is a white-label SaaS platform that lets prop trading firm operators launch and manage their business. We provide technology infrastructure — challenge engines, trader dashboards, payment integration, and admin tools. Tradaxi is not a broker, not a prop firm, and does not provide financial advice or trading services.
3. Account registration
To use the Service you must register and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and payments
The Service is sold on a subscription basis. Recurring fees are billed monthly in advance via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Setup fees are billed once at onboarding. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring your prop firm operations comply with local financial regulations.
6. Intellectual property
The Service — software, content, designs, documentation — is owned by Trade Place Software Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
7. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input — trader information, challenge configurations, business data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for anything other than providing the Service. On termination you may request a data export within 30 days.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Place Software Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately on breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service ceases and we retain your data for 30 days to allow export.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, billing details. We also collect technical data automatically when you use the Service: IP address, browser type, operating system, usage patterns.
2. How we use your information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices and support messages; respond to inquiries; analyze usage trends; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other illegal activity.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share data only with: service providers that operate on our behalf (payment processing, email delivery, hosting); law enforcement when legally required; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior notice.
4. Data security
We implement industry-standard security: TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for tenant secrets, access controls, audit logging, rate limiting. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. Some information may be retained longer if required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent. To exercise these, email privacy@tradaxi.com.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for usage analytics and to improve the Service. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or the cookie banner.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
